Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I LOVE this bundle!!! Super cute and comfortable to hold for the casing! Only thing I don't like is where you can feel the seams along the sides where it was made, but if it bothers you that badly you can take some small detail scissors and gently trim it down. The ears aren't painted on the front, but I don't really mind, you learn to overlook that. I love to wear the warm slipper at home too! its just feel so nice! Over all this product is very cute, exactly what I was expecting!!

Very comfy and a good cheap purchase for a casual Pokemon fan like myself :). however "hardcore" fans (if they exist?) will see these are more knockoff type than legitimate merchandise but to the rest of us they are cheap and cheerful and an awesome pikachu bundle.
Super cute case! Fits my iPhone 5s just fine. Soft silicone case. I've dropped my phone a lot and I think it's saved the day a couple of times, nothing crazy though. Always get a lot of compliments on it! I love it the plush keychain as well. It is easier to know where I put my keys.
These are an excellent buy for a Pokémon fan! They fit my boyfriend who is a UK size 10, and I can also wear them comfortably (UK size 6). They don't look exactly like Pikachu (a bit cross-eyed!) but that just makes them cuter! Very soft and comfortable, and a steal at the price! Delivery was also very prompt
I love this cute little Pikachu! The slipper fit perfectly and is very warm. I like the phone case too, it fits really snugly around my iPhone 5 and I get a ton of compliments on it. It seems to be pretty great quality, as I have been using it for a few months and it hasn't loosened up or picked up color from my purse like other silicon cases tend to. Note that the ears are vey bendy and flexible, but bounce back into place perfectly. I don't think they would rip or lose their shape unless you were using your phone as a nunchuck or something.
Grandson almost 5 loved this Pikschu. He carries it around and says it's his son lol. He plays cars and let's "his son" watch! as pictured & it is very cute. I enjoy using the phone case. People laughed at me and started to interact with me because of this cool looking phone casing.
The phone case is nice! Love the cute little plush as well :) & the shoe, its like walking on clouds when you wear them, love them so much, looks similar to the photo. Im a size 10 and i fit fine, definitely worth buying this.

This case is absolutely genius! I love how simple it is while being very distinctive. The material it's made of is very soft and rubbery, but it's also very thick and durable, so your iPhone is bound to be protected. All of the port cut-outs and buttons are easy to access without any hassle and the color of Pikachu is very bright and the exact color of Pikachu from the Pokemon anime. The case is absolutely perfection! I love both plush keychain and slipper as well. Thank you.

My friend is a HUGE Pokemon fan and these r just perfect since she also complains of cold feet, they don't look exactly like Pikachu but she loves them, she out them on straight away lol :D And of course the dolls & phone casing is nice too!! Would recommend.
It is a snug fit. It came as pictured and in excellent condition. It did originally have a weird plastic chemical odor to it, but the odor faded over time. Very recognizable as the character and thanks to the Pokémon Go craze it doesn't make me feel embarrassed to have it out.
